Common use of REPORTS TO THE MANAGER AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Clause in Contracts

REPORTS TO THE MANAGER AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. Prepare and furnish to Manager and/or the Trust’s Board of Trustees (the “Board” or the “Trustees”) such reports, statistical data and other information in such form and at such intervals as Manager and/or the Board may reasonably request. Sub-Adviser shall also make available to the Manager and the Board at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel as mutually agreed by the Manager and Sub-Adviser, either in person or, at the mutual convenience of the Manager, the Board and the Sub-Adviser, by telephone or other electronic media, in order to review the investment policies, performance and other matters relating to the management of the Series;
