REPORTS TO THE CONTRACT OWNER. There shall be furnished to each Contract Owner copies of any shareholder reports of the Funds and of any other notices, reports or documents required by law to be delivered to Contract Owners. Annually, a statement of the Contract Value is sent to the Contract Owner.
