Common use of Reports to SEC and to Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Reports to SEC and to Shareholders. Promptly upon the filing or making thereof (i) copies of each filing and report made by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with or to any securities exchange or the Securities and Exchange Commission and (ii) of each communication from the Borrower to shareholders generally; provided that only those items described in clauses (i) and (ii) of this Section 6.01(g) which are material to the interest of the Lenders hereunder shall be provided to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder.
