Within 15 days after the filing or sending thereof, copies of all reports on Form 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K (including any amendment thereto) of any Loan Party filed with the SEC (excluding exhibits thereto, provided that the Company shall promptly deliver any such exhibit to the Administrative Agent or any Lender upon request therefor); copies of all registration statements of any Loan Party filed with the SEC (other than on Form S-8); and copies of all proxy statements or other communications made to shareholders generally concerning material developments in the business of any Loan Party.
