Common use of Reports to Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reports to Rating Agencies. The Master Servicer shall deliver to each Rating Agency, at such address as such Rating Agency may request, to the extent it is available to the Master Servicer, a copy of all reports or notices furnished or delivered pursuant to this Article and a copy of any amendments, supplements or modifications to this Agreement and any other information reasonably requested by such Rating Agency to monitor this transaction.
