Reports to Holders of the Notes. So long as the Company is subject to the periodic reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, it shall continue to furnish the information required thereby to the SEC. Even if the Company is entitled under the Exchange Act not to furnish such information to the SEC or to the holders of the Notes, it will nonetheless continue to furnish information under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act to the SEC and the Trustee as if it were subject to such periodic reporting requirements.
