Common use of Reports to Holders and the Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Reports to Holders and the Rating Agencies. (a) The Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, as applicable, shall provide to any Holder who so requests in writing (addressed to the Corporate Trust Office of such trustee) a copy of any Servicer's Certificate described in Section 4.8, of the annual statement described in Section 4.9(a), or of the annual report described in Section 4.10. The Indenture Trustee or the Owner Trustee, as applicable, may require the Holder to pay a reasonable sum to cover the cost of the Indenture Trustee's or the Owner Trustee's complying with such request, as applicable.
