REPORTS TO CERTIFICATEHOLDERS AND RATING AGENCIES. (a) The Trustee shall provide to any Certificateholder or Certificate Owner who so requests in writing a copy of any (i) Servicer's Certificate, (ii) annual statement as to compliance described in Section 3.11(a), (iii) annual accountants' report described in Section 3.12 or (iv) statement to Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.10(a). The Trustee may require such Certificateholder or Certificate Owner to pay a reasonable sum to cover the cost of the Trustee's complying with such request.
