Reports Studies Clause Samples

The Reports/Studies clause requires one party to provide the other with access to relevant reports, studies, or analyses related to the subject matter of the agreement. Typically, this means that any documents, data, or findings generated during the course of the project or transaction must be shared, either upon request or at specified intervals.
