Common use of Reports of Issuer Clause in Contracts

Reports of Issuer. (a)(i) The Indenture Trustee shall file with the Commission and the Note Insurer on behalf of the Issuer, with a copy to the Issuer within 15 days before the Issuer is required to file the same with the Commission, the annual reports and the information, documents and other reports (or such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may from time to time by rules and regulations prescribe) that the Issuer may be required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act;
