Reports of Foreclosures and Abandonments of Mortgaged Property. For so long as the Seller is acting as servicer of any Mortgage Loan relating to any REO Property, following the foreclosure sale or abandonment of any Mortgaged Property, the Seller shall report such foreclosure or abandonment as required pursuant to Section 6050J of the Code or any successor provision thereof.
