REPORTS BY TRUSTEE TO THE NOTEHOLDERS. The Trustee shall on behalf of the Issuer deliver to the Noteholders and the Note Purchaser such information as may be reasonably required to enable the Noteholders and the Note Purchaser to prepare their respective Federal and State income tax returns.
