Reports by Bond Trustee to Holders. (a) So long as the Bond Trustee is the Bond Registrar and Paying Agent, upon the written request of a Bondholder the Bond Trustee shall deliver to such Bondholder such information in its possession as may be required to enable such Holder to prepare its federal and state income tax returns.
