The Sub-Advisor agrees to supply such reasonable information to the Advisor and to permit such reasonable compliance inspections by the Advisor or the Fund (subject to specific non-disclosure agreements) as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the administrator to satisfy its obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trustees. For the avoidance of doubt, the models, data and analytics proprietary to the Sub-Advisor are outside the scope of this clause and cannot be inspected or reviewed.

The Sub-Advisor agrees to supply such information to the Advisor and to permit such compliance inspections by the Advisor or the Fund as shall be reasonably necessary to permit the administrator to satisfy its obligations and respond to the reasonable requests of the Trustees, provided that the content and format of any requested reports and materials shall be determined by Sub-Advisor.
