Reporting to the Public. The Board report will be published and, prior to the announcement of its release to the public, the Secretariat will place embargoed copies of the report in the communities of Sheshatshiu, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Port Hope ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as appropriate to ensure timely availability on public release. The Board report will be made available to the residents of the named communities immediately following the announcement of the public release of the Board report. Copies will be available to the general public on request.
