Common use of REPORTING RIDER Clause in Contracts

REPORTING RIDER. This Reporting Rider is attached and made a part of that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of September 4, 1998 and entered into among Borrower, Agent and Lenders.

REPORTING RIDER. This Reporting Rider is attached and made a part of that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of September 45, 1998 2003 and entered into among BorrowerBorrowers, Collateral Agent and Lenders.

REPORTING RIDER. This Reporting Rider is attached and made a part of that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of September 4February 28 , 1998 2002 and entered into among BorrowerBorrowers, Agent Agents and Lenders.
