Reporting Requirements; Policies and Procedures. Practitioner acknowledges that Humana is subject to reporting requirements specified in the Medicare Advantage laws and regulations. In furtherance of any such applicable reporting requirements, Practitioner shall comply with all data and reporting requirements of Humana.
