REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND ACCOUNTING PRACTICES. Borrower shall maintain (i) a modern system of accounting in accordance with GAAP or other systems of accounting acceptable to Lender and (ii) standard operating procedures applicable to all of its locations with respect to the handling and disposition of cash receipts and other proceeds of Collateral on a daily basis, including the depositing thereof, aging of account receivables, record keeping and such other matters as Lender may reasonably request. For the purpose of determining compliance with the covenants and representations in the Loan Documents, Lender shall have the right to recast any financial statement or report presented to Lender by or on behalf of Borrower to comply with GAAP.
