Reporting; Record Keeping. access and audit 7.1 The Recipient agrees to: (a) hold the Funding in an account in the Recipient’s name and in the Recipient’s sole control; (b) maintain records of the expenditure of the Funding; (c) provide each required Progress Report by the due date specified in Item 10 of the Details; (d) provide an update report, at the Department’s request, up to 12 months after the Project End Date; (e) provide any information reasonably requested by the Department; and (f) allow the Department’s employees, contractors and agents to access the premises and inspect records and Project documentation and/or audit the performance of the Agreement, upon reasonable notice; to the satisfaction of the Department. 7.2 All Reports and information provided must be: (a) true and accurate in all respects; and (b) of a standard and in a format acceptable to the Department.
