If Indivior determines (after a reasonable opportunity to conduct an appropriate review or investigation of the allegations) through any means that there is a Reportable Event, Indivior shall notify OIG, in writing, within 30 days after making the determination that the Reportable Event Indivior Corporate Integrity Agreement

Indivior Corporate Integrity Agreementshall not be required to report as a Reportable Event a matter that is the subject of an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding by a government entity or its agents if disclosed under Section III.I above.
