Common use of Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers Clause in Contracts

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) (A) on or prior to any issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) immediately after payment (or failure to pay when due) by Borrowers of any related Letter of Credit Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such issuance, drawing or payment, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (ii) upon the request of Agent (or any Lender through Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer and any related Letter of Credit reimbursement agreement and such other documents and information as may be reasonably requested by Agent; and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar month, a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, setting forth the Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar month.

Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide AgentAgent (which, after receipt, Agent shall provide to each Revolving Loan Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) (A) on or prior to (A) any issuance Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by Borrowers Borrower of any related Letter of Credit L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such issuanceIssuance, drawing or payment, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (ii) upon the request of Agent (or any Revolving Loan Lender through Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit issued Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related Letter of Credit reimbursement agreement L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be reasonably requested by Agent; Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar monthweek, a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, setting forth the Letter of Credit L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar monthweek.
