Common use of Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers Clause in Contracts

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, payment and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Revolver Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Revolver Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, and the Revolver Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Revolver Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Revolver Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Revolver Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Revolver Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) (A) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) promptly following any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) promptly following any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, payment and (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrowers of the relevant Borrower Group of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or Credit, (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement ObligationObligation or (iv) the expiration or other termination of any Letter of Credit, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing drawing, payment or paymenttermination, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the US Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each US Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any US Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower applicable Loan Party of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (iA) (I) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (BII) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (CIII) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the any Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) (A) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, payment and Administrative Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.. ​

Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each U.S. Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, ; (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any U.S. Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the any Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, payment and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement ​ ​ ​ and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, payment and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each every other calendar weekweek and promptly upon request by Agent on any other day, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar weekweek or on such other day requested by Agent, as applicable.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit LenderLender - Tranche A), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower Borrowers of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender - Tranche A through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar weekmonth, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar weekmonth.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, and Borrower in the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lendercase of clause (C)), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) (A) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) promptly following any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) promptly following any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower Borrowers of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) (x) with respect to any L/C Issuer other than SunTrust Bank, on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar weekweek or (y) with respect to SunTrust Bank, as L/C Issuer, a schedule as shall be from time to time mutually agreed.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender)Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the any Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, payment and Agent shall provide copies of such notices to each Revolving Lender reasonably promptly after receipt thereof; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (B) any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (C) any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, (ii) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent and (iii) on AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT MEDICAL STAFFING NETWORK, INC. the first Business Day of each calendar week, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers. Each L/C Issuer agrees to provide the Administrative Agent (which, after receipt, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, each of the following on the following dates: (A) (i) on or prior to (A) any Issuance of any Letter of Credit by such L/C Issuer, (Bii) immediately after any drawing under any such Letter of Credit or (Ciii) immediately after any payment (or failure to pay when due) by the Borrower Borrowers of any related L/C Reimbursement Obligation, notice thereof, which shall contain a reasonably detailed description of such Issuance, drawing or payment, ; (iiB) upon the request of the Administrative Agent (or any Revolving Credit Lender through the Administrative Agent), copies of any Letter of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer and any related L/C Reimbursement Agreement and such other documents and information as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent Agent; and (iiiC) on upon the first Business Day request of each Agent or any Revolving Lender, but in no case more frequently than once in any calendar weekmonth, a schedule of the Letters of Credit Issued by such L/C Issuer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the L/C Letter of Credit Obligations for such Letters of Credit outstanding on the last Business Day of the previous calendar week.

Reporting Obligations of L/C Issuers.
