Common use of Reporting/Flexibility Clause in Contracts

Reporting/Flexibility. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer may, during the Employment Term, alter Executive’s job, position and/or reporting responsibilities as he deems appropriate to the effective management of the Company, provided that Executive shall at all times be on the senior executive team and shall at all times be a direct report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Reporting/Flexibility. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer may, during the Employment TermTerm below, alter Executive’s job, position position, and/or reporting responsibilities as he deems appropriate to the effective management of the Company, provided that Executive shall at all times be on the senior executive team and shall at all times be a direct report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
