Common use of Reporting Defects Clause in Contracts

Reporting Defects. If any part of Supplier's Work depends, for its proper execution or results, upon the Work of any Others, excepting Subcontractors, Supplier shall inspect and promptly report to Ordering Company's Representative any defects in the Work that render it unsuitable for the proper execution or results, and Supplier shall not proceed with that phase of the Work until so authorized by Ordering Company's Representative. Ordering Company may request and Supplier shall provide such reports in writing.
