The fault report for- mat must be agreed between the Parties and must as a minimum provide space for the following information: a) The Customer’s description of the Fault at the time of the call b) Specification of the central functionality or functionalities affected by the Fault c) Fault category d) Reporting date e) Date of working around the Fault, if applicable f) Date of temporary remedy of the Fault, if applicable g) Date of curing of the Fault h) The Supplier’s remedying time i) Any supplementary description of the Fault from the Supplier
