Common use of Reporting Compliance Clause in Contracts

Reporting Compliance. Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by the Note and secured by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, including but not limited to The International Investment Survey Act of 1976, The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978, The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 and the Tax Reform Act of 1984 and further agrees upon request of Mortgagee to furnish Mortgagee with evidence of such compliance.

Reporting Compliance. Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by the NL Note and secured by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, including but not limited to The International Investment Survey Act of 1976, The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978, The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 and the Tax Reform Act of 1984 and further agrees upon request of Mortgagee to furnish Mortgagee with evidence of such compliance.
