Common use of Reporting Compliance Clause in Contracts

Reporting Compliance. Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by the Note and secured by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, and further agrees upon request of Mortgagee to furnish Mortgagee with evidence of such compliance.

Reporting Compliance. Mortgagor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transaction evidenced by pursuant to the Note Credit Agreement and secured by this Mortgage which that are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, and further agrees upon request of Mortgagee Agent to furnish Mortgagee Agent with evidence of such compliance.
