Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) The Servicer shall deliver to the Titling Company, each Beneficiary and each Holder (including any Registered Pledgee entitled thereto) a Settlement Statement for the related Collection Period as and to the extent required by the related Series Servicing Supplement or, with respect to the Unallocated Assets, a settlement statement in form and substance as agreed between the Servicer and the Member.
