On the tenth calendar day of each month (or, if the 10th day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the Servicer shall furnish to the Titling Trustee and each Related Beneficiary a Settlement Statement, substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit A hereto for the immediately preceding Collection Period.
