The REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE clause establishes the obligations of a party to provide regular updates and demonstrate progress regarding their contractual duties. Reporting and Performance. (a) The Supplier must promptly provide any information or reports reasonably requested by the Customer for the purposes of conducting a review of the Supplier’s performance under this Agreement.
(b) If requested by the Customer, the Supplier must meet with the Customer to discuss any aspect of this Agreement.
