Common use of Reportable Events Clause in Contracts

Reportable Events. No Pension Plan or trust created thereunder has been terminated, and there have been no “reportable events” (as such term is defined in section 4043 of ERISA), with respect to any Pension Plan or trust created thereunder or with respect to any Multiemployer Plan, which reportable event or events will or could result in the termination of such Pension Plan or Multiemployer Plan and give rise to a liability of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate in respect thereof.

Reportable Events. No Pension Plan or trust created thereunder has been terminated, and there have been no “"reportable events” " (as such term is defined in section 4043 of ERISA), with respect to any Pension Plan or trust created thereunder or with respect to any Multiemployer Plan, which reportable event or events will or could result in the termination of such Pension Plan or Multiemployer Plan and give rise to a liability of the Company or any ERISA Affiliate in respect thereof.
