Common use of Report Violations Clause in Contracts

Report Violations. Good faith reporting of suspected violations of the Contractor Code of Conduct is encouraged. Reports of possible violations should be made to the Office of the Inspector General where such reports will be investigated and handled with the level of confidentiality that is merited and permitted by law. No adverse consequences will result to anyone as a result of making a good faith report.
