Report Verification. (a) ASCAP has the right to examine your books and records, and you agree to obtain for ASCAP the right to examine the books and records of any partner in, or co-publisher of, your Non-Interactive Service, in order to verify any required report. ASCAP may exercise this right by giving you thirty (30) days written notice of ASCAP’s intention to conduct an examination. You agree to furnish all pertinent books and records, including electronic records, to ASCAP’s authorized representatives, during customary business hours. ASCAP will consider all data and information derived from ASCAP’s examination as completely confidential. ASCAP will not disclose such confidential data and information without your prior written consent, except as may be required by law or legal process, and then only upon prior written notice to you.
Report Verification. .1 At the time of final inspection, the TAB agency may be required to recheck, in the presence of the owner's representative, specific or random selections of data recorded in the certified report. Points and areas for recheck shall be selected by the owner's representative. Measurements and test procedures shall be the same as approved for the initial work for the certified report. Selections for recheck, specific plus random, will not exceed 10% of the total number tabulated in the report.

  • E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program.
