Common use of Report Schedule Clause in Contracts

Report Schedule. The contractor is required to report the required information to the ASA (M&RA) data collection web site generally contemporaneous with submission of a request for payment (for example, voucher, invoice, or request for progress payment), but not less frequently than quarterly, retroactive to October 1, 1999, or the start of the contract/order, which ever is later. Deviation from this schedule requires approval of the contracting officer.
