REPORT LANGUAGE. All reports published by MDOT or by the AGENCY will contain the following statement in the credit line: “The contents of this (report) reflect the view of (the author), who is responsible for the facts and accuracy of the data presented herein. The contents do not necessarily reflect the official view or policies of (the name of nonconcurring party). This (report) does not constitute a standard, specification, or regulation.”
