Report Certification Sample Clauses

The Report Certification clause requires that any reports submitted under the agreement are formally certified as accurate and complete by an authorized representative of the reporting party. Typically, this involves a designated officer or manager signing or otherwise attesting to the validity of the information provided in periodic or final reports. This clause ensures accountability and reliability in reporting, helping to prevent errors, misrepresentations, or fraudulent submissions.
