The Report Approval clause establishes the requirement for formal acceptance of reports submitted under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which one party reviews and either approves or requests revisions to reports, such as progress updates or deliverables, before they are considered final. Its core function is to ensure that reports meet agreed-upon standards and expectations, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring accountability in the reporting process.
