Common use of Report and Notice Clause in Contracts

Report and Notice. Within forty-five (45) days after the date hereof, Buyer shall obtain, at Buyer's expense, a title report ("Title Report") on the Property, together with copies of all documents underlying any encumbrances to title ("Exceptions") shown on the Title Report. On or before the expiration of the Inspection Period, Buyer shall give notice to Seller of Buyer's approval of the Title Report or disapproval of any of the Exceptions. Buyer's failure to give any notice within the time limit shall be deemed approval of the Title Report, and this contingency shall be deemed satisfied.
