Replications Clause Samples

Replications. Each time point was quantified by exposing three disc cuts to synRTLF. Given that there were 5 time points, a total of 15 disc cuts were utilised from each filter (i.e. 5*3 = 15). Similarly, triplicates were used for the gaseous exposures, aliquots were collected from the exposure chamber from three different ▇▇▇▇▇, but also, each of the five tested concentrations was investigated in three separate exposures ([3aliquots *5 time points] * 3 separate exposures per concentration). The standard deviation of these replications is a measure of random error, experimenter error and systematic error.
