Replenish Security Sample Clauses

Replenish Security. If at any time the Security Amount shall drop below the amount required under Section 6.1.1, Owner(s) shall deposit additional funds, provide an additional Letter of Credit to City, or provide an additional bond within thirty (30) days, such that the total amount of Security available to the City is equal to the amount required in Section 6.1.1.
