Replacement Warrant. The Company agrees that at such time as the Unrestricted Conditions have been satisfied it shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) business days) following written request from the Holder issue a replacement Warrant or replacement Warrant ADSs (represented by ADRs), or replacement shares in respect of such other securities, as the case may be, free of all restrictive legends (“Unlegended Shares”).
