Replacement Umpire Clause Samples
Replacement Umpire. If the Umpire is removed, resigns or is unable or refuses to serve for any reason, or if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not consent or is unable to provide the Umpire’s Certificate, then the parties shall mutually select a replacement within thirty (30) days. If the parties cannot mutually select a replacement, then any party may seek the selection of a replacement under the procedural rules set forth by JAMS from its Business/Commercial, Entertainment/Sports and/or Federal Judge neutrals list.
Replacement Umpire. The UMPIRE will find his/her own replacement who has been determined by the Assigner and/or Seattle UIC to be qualified for that level of softball, for each assigned game that the UMPIRE is unable to work. The replacement must be currently registered as a USSSA UMPIRE in good standing. If the UMPIRE does not find a replacement and does not work or is late for the assigned game(s) a fine will be assessed the UMPIRE. (See UMPIRE PENALTY/FINES). A non-appealable administrative charge of $1.50 will be assessed the UMPIRE and given to the Assigner for each change of assignment.
