Common use of Replacement Property Right Clause in Contracts

Replacement Property Right. Tenant’s right to require Landlord to consummate a Replacement Property Transaction, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 22.7 of Master Lease (it being understood that if more than one Replacement Property is identified by Tenant to replace the Replaced Property, then the acquisition of such Replacement Properties shall occur in a single transaction with the Replaced Property).
