Replacement Pilots. When one or more of the dedicated pilots are unavailable due to circumstances such as vacation, sickness, flight and duty time limitations or the like, Manager shall use its best efforts to make available to Client, at daily rates pre-approved by Client, properly qualified, rated and certified replacement pilots employed and/or contracted by Manager.
Replacement Pilots. A replacement pilot is a pilot specifically engaged or temporarily promoted or transferred, as a result of a pilot proceeding on parental leave. A replacement pilot will be informed of the temporary nature of the employment and of the rights of the pilot who is being replaced.
