Replacement of Asset Representations Reviewer. In the event of any resignation, removal, replacement or substitution of the Asset Representations Reviewer, or the appointment of a new Asset Representations Reviewer, pursuant to the terms of the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Servicer will report the occurrence and date of such event, together with a description of the circumstances surrounding the change and, if applicable, information regarding the new Asset Representations Reviewer, in the Form 10-D filed by the Servicer for the Collection Period in which such change occurs.
