Replacement APU Sample Clauses

The Replacement APU clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to substituting the aircraft's Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) in the event of malfunction or failure. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for sourcing, installing, and bearing the costs of a replacement APU, as well as any requirements for the replacement unit to meet certain standards or certifications. Its core function is to ensure minimal operational disruption and clarify financial and logistical obligations when an APU replacement becomes necessary.
