Repeating terms:. a. If a Customer Contract has a Repeating Term, it serially repeats for that term unless one of us gives the other written notice that they do not wish to repeat it. b. If a notice under clause 24 (a) is given less than a month before the end of the current term, it takes effect at the end of the next term, not the end of the current term.
