Common use of Repeat Applications Clause in Contracts

Repeat Applications. Awards of DHP are to provide short-term relief and should not be relied upon as an ongoing source of income. Every decision will provide advice on actions the household should consider to improve their circumstances which will enable them to afford their rent in the future without relying on an award of DHP. Repeat awards of DHP will not be considered unless the claimant is able to demonstrate highly exceptional circumstances and show they have tried to take steps to improve their circumstances.
