Common use of Repayment under Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Repayment under Credit Facility. The Borrower shall repay to the Lenders in full the outstanding credit under the Credit Facility together with all accrued and unpaid interest and all accrued and unpaid fees with respect thereto on the Maturity Date.
