Common use of Repayment Schedule Clause in Contracts

Repayment Schedule. ‌ The amounts to be paid by the Agency for each year under the Capital Cost and minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement components of the Transportation Charge, and under the variable operation, maintenance, and power component of such charge on the basis of then estimated deliveries, shall be set forth by the State in Table O as soon as designs and cost estimates have been prepared by it subsequent to receipt of requests from the Agency as to the maximum monthly delivery capability to be provided in each aqueduct reach for transport and delivery of Project Water to the Agency, pursuant to Article 17(a), which Table O shall constitute a summation of Tables I, K, M, and N; provided that each of the amounts set forth in Table O shall be subject to redetermination by the State in accordance with Article 28; provided further that the principles and procedures set forth in Articles 24, 25, and 26 shall be controlling as to such amounts.
